Order Timelines & Production

At Vintage V-Dubs, we strive to provide our customers with the most accurate timelines for order completion and shipping.
However, custom metal fabrication and specialty automotive parts involve many variables, some of which are outside of our control.
For this reason, all estimated timelines are subject to change without prior notice.

Delays may occur due to material supply, production capacity, quality control, carrier performance, or other unforeseen circumstances.
By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and accept these potential variances.

Custom & Specialty Parts

Many of our products are custom-built, made-to-order, or fabricated in-house. Due to the nature of custom work,
there may be slight variations in design, fitment, or finish compared to photos shown on our website,
marketing materials, or social media. We continuously improve and update our products, which means the parts
you receive may differ slightly from older versions.

Payment & Pricing

• All orders must be paid in full prior to shipping unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
• Prices are subject to change without notice based on material costs, production updates, and availability.
• Promotions/discount codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be applied retroactively.

Shipping & Handling

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or invoiced separately for custom orders.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Vintage V-Dubs is not liable for delays, fees, or losses due to incorrect addresses.
• Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order is handed to the carrier.
• International customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and import fees.

Warranty & Liability Disclaimer

We make and sell automobile parts that are customer-installed, and we have no control over how the parts are installed and/or used.
For legal reasons, we must disclaim all warranties. However, if you have a problem with your part, CALL US.
We want to know. And if a part does not fit properly, CALL US.

VINTAGE V-DUBS MAKES NO EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND WITH RESPECT TO THESE PRODUCTS. THESE PRODUCTS ARE SOLD AS IS WITH ALL FAULTS.
THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF THESE PRODUCTS IS WITH THE BUYER. SHOULD THE PRODUCTS PROVE DEFECTIVE FOLLOWING PURCHASE,
THE BUYER, AND NOT VINTAGE V-DUBS, ASSUMES THE ENTIRE COST OF ALL NECESSARY SERVICING OR REPAIR.

Vintage V-Dubs shall not be liable for buyer’s loss of profits, labor, towing costs, storage costs, business goodwill, delay damages,
medical expenses, or other consequential damages. Vintage V-Dubs makes no warranty that the products are free of any person’s claim of patent,
trademark, or similar infringement. Buyer assumes all risks (including the risk of suit) that the products, or any use of the products,
will infringe upon patents, trademarks, or copyrights.

The parts may be dangerous and may cause injury if misused. They may also be dangerous and may cause injury if modified, redesigned or altered before use.
They should only be installed by an experienced professional mechanic. Vintage V-Dubs will not assume any liability for and will not pay you for any injuries
caused to you or others by any misuse.

Return Policy

General Returns

Due to the custom nature of our parts, all sales are considered final unless otherwise specified.
Returned orders are subject to the following:

• Mandatory 20% non-refundable restocking fee.
• Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
• Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging to qualify.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom-fabricated or made-to-order parts
• Items that have been installed, modified, or damaged after delivery
• Apparel or promotional items purchased under discounted or promotional offers

Exchanges & Defective Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 business days of delivery with clear photos and order details.
We will review the claim and, if approved, issue a replacement or exchange at no additional cost.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds (minus restocking fees) will be processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

Shipping Damage

If your shipment arrives damaged, retain all packaging and notify the carrier and Vintage V-Dubs within 48 hours.
We’ll help initiate a carrier claim and next steps.

By purchasing from Vintage V-Dubs, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and Return Policy.
Vintage V-Dubs may update these policies at any time without notice; updates take effect when posted on this page.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflicts of law provisions.
Venue for any dispute shall be in courts located in San Bernardino County, California.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
